Ticketing Purchasing & Reserving

  • Where can I buy tickets for Lost Paradise?
Lyte is the official ticketing partner for Lost Paradise 2023. It is the only place to find authentic tickets to Lost Paradise, guaranteed - even after they sell out!

Click here to purchase tickets to Lost Paradise 2023.
  • I made a ticket reservation. What does that mean?
After all the hype and excitement generated by last year's event, this year we are introducing a ticket reservation option for 2023. Reserving allows you to:

Reserve your spot in the ticketing queue
    • Get tickets at the best possible price
    • Get early access to accommodation upgrades (such as Glamping, Tent Village or Sleep-In-Vehicle Passes) ahead of public launch in September.

If you choose to reserve a ticket, all you'll need to do during the pre-sale is confirm your order - no need to log on, stress or manically refresh the ticketing page.

Reserving requires a payment method, but you will only be charged once your order is confirmed (starting in August). You can cancel or change your reservation at any stage before that time.

Sign up for the pre-sale, then follow the prompts to get started.

  • Can I cancel my ticket reservation before it is fulfilled?
You can cancel your request at any time before you are charged for a ticket.

    1) Log into your Lyte account
    2) Click “My Tickets” from the dropdown menu in the top right
    3) Select the tickets you requested and click “Order Details”
    4) Scroll down and click “Cancel Request”
    5) Confirm cancellation

  • Can I purchase tickets over the phone or in person?
No, there are no orders over the phone or in person. Tickets may be purchased online, exclusively through Lost Paradise.
  • Do I need to create an account to buy tickets?
No. An account will be created for you automatically after purchasing or making a request through Lyte.
  • What payment methods are accepted?
You may use any current credit or debit card for your purchase. Payment plans are available if you would like to split up the cost of your ticket - please read out Payment Plan FAQs for more information.
  • Can I purchase tickets with my friends?
Yes. After you’ve made your ticket request, you will see the option to invite friends. A click of the button creates a unique link that can be shared via WhatsApp or SMS or copied to use in any other third-party messaging app.

Once friends join, the entire group will be prioritised to get tickets and the full order will be linked together. You can also link existing orders with your friends by clicking 'transfer order' when prompted after following an invitation link.

Payment Plans

  • Do you offer payment plans, and how do they work?
Yes! All orders have the opportunity to choose a payment plan as the payment method. Payment plans are provided by Klarna, and split the total cost of your order into 4 x fortnightly instalments.

Please note that Klarna may make a hold on your first instalment in order to validate your bank account when making your ticket reservation. If you decide to cancel your reservation before your order is confirmed, this amount will be released back to you. Please see the Klarna terms for more information.

You will not be able to switch to the payment plan after your order has been processed and payment has been taken.

For more info on how it works, visit the Klarna Help Centre.
  • How do I correctly purchase tickets with Klarna?
Once you’ve selected the tickets, you then simply select Klarna at checkout. From there, you are able to split your payment into 4 x fortnightly payments.
  • What happens once I select Klarna as my payment option?
Once you’ve selected Klarna, you will be sent into their standard flow for creating or logging into your account. As soon as you’ve completed that process, you will return to Lyte to complete checkout.
  • I got rejected by Klarna from using the service. Why?
Klarna is ultimately responsible for accepting the payment plan for your order, acting essentially as a credit decision. In the rare cases of a decline by Klarna, you will be redirected to Lyte with an error message. Please contact Klarna support directly should this be the case at https://www.klarna.com/us/customer-service/.
  • I have more questions about Klarna. Who can I contact?

Lyte Exchange FAQs

  • What is the Lyte Exchange?
The Lyte Exchange is a place where you can return or request tickets once a certain ticket type sells out. It matches sellers with buyers with no hidden fees or fake tickets. Check out the Lost Paradise Lyte Exchange for more details.
  • I am looking to return my tickets?
If there is demand for your ticket type, you can safely return your tickets on the Lost Paradise Lyte Exchange hassle free. Lyte will make you an offer on the spot — sometimes more and sometimes less than you paid, depending on the demand for tickets. This means no emailing PDFs. Lyte will then take care of finding a fan who wants to go and delivering them a new ticket.

    You will be paid within
3 business days after the conclusion of the event.
  • How do I request a ticket that is sold out?
Simply follow the same process outlined above as though you were purchasing a ticket. Request the ticket you’re looking for and lock in the price with a credit or debit card.  Once Lyte finds you a ticket, you will be charged exactly what Lyte quoted you. No hidden fees.

Once your ticket has been found, Lyte will contact you via the email address you provided. You will have the option to cancel or confirm the order, at which point your credit card will be charged and your ticket purchase finalised. You can view or cancel your request at any time before the ticket request is filled and not be charged anything.

Tickets will be delivered to you, in your name, via email as we near the event. This means no scouring the web and dealing with strangers or landing fake tickets. Sit back, relax, and let Lyte do the work for you.
  • I want to understand Lyte pricing?
Pricing for requests for sold-out ticket types on Lyte is based on a number of factors. These can include but aren’t limited to:
    • The current demand for that ticket on Lyte
    • The available inventory of tickets that have been returned to Lyte
If you’re seeing high prices, it is likely because there are many people currently looking for that ticket type both on and off of Lyte. Our goal with pricing at Lyte is to continually undercut scalpers and third-party marketplaces by beating their prices and bringing fan activity to a safe and fraud-free environment. Over time, Lyte’s technology is proven to drive prices back toward their original value.
  • What is the difference between the Lyte Exchange and other secondary market sites I’m used to?
The Lost Paradise Lyte Exchange is the official (and only) secondary ticket market for Lost Paradise 2023. All sales through this platform are 100% validated and safe to buy, with all purchases automatically cancelling and replacing the original ticket with a brand new barcode just for you. To ensure the validity of tickets for all Lost Paradise guests, we are not allowing Lost Paradise 2023 tickets to be sold on any other ticketing platform. Tickets sold via sites outside of Lyte risk not being accepted for entry to Lost Paradise.
  • How does the Exchange issue tickets?
Once your request is filled, you will receive a new ticket delivered to your email and in your name. All tickets purchased from the Exchange are newly issued and backed by us, so you don’t have to worry about any issues at the gate.
  • Why are the prices sometimes higher than face value on the Fan-To-Fan Exchange?
There are often far more people trying to buy tickets than there are tickets available. When that is the case we sometimes have to pay over face value to people returning their tickets. Prices through Lyte’s Fan-To-Fan Exchange are always better than prices on unofficial resale sites and all tickets sold through the Exchange are 100% guaranteed.
  • When will I know if I have tickets on the Fan-To-Fan Exchange?
Wait time depends on availability. Hang in there! Lyte has been able to fill up to 98% of requests for other big events. Ticket returns pick up the most momentum in the month closest to the event - please be patient.
  • Why can’t I return my ticket before the ticket type I’m trying to return is sold out?
If there is no waitlist for tickets there are no other fans with whom to exchange. For now you can sign up and we will notify you once your ticket type has sold out.
  • I have a question/issue with the Fan-To-Fan Exchange that is not answered here.
Lyte’s customer support is standing by for you, contact them here and they will get right back to you.

  • Why can’t I sell my ticket(s) for more than 10% above my purchase price?
