ABOUT US

LOST PARADISE

Magic: that’s Lost Paradise, summed in a single word.

Each December, like grass glistening after the summer rain, a brimming oasis springs to life amongst the picturesque surrounds of Glenworth Valley (Darkinjung Country) one hour north of Sydney/Eora. Across the last four nights of 2024, we invite you to experience a glimpse of Paradise; our vibrant and kaleidoscopic pop-up village under the stars.

Independent with a boutique-like atmosphere, we are a limited-capacity event championed by an enthusiastic and growing community of like-minded Paradisians who seek an escape from the everyday. We hope you’ll join us - we think you’ll like it here.

OUR AIM

We exist to inspire, excite and enrich. To create a community of music-loving and sustainably minded individuals. Together, we aim to create an unforgettable experience, curated with an open heart, an experimental ear and an ambitious vision.

We aspire to evolve and improve our festival every year and to always align to our values of:
Inclusion • Leave no trace • Care for one another • Community • Self expression • Sexual consent

OUR COMMUNITY

Everyone is welcome in our Lost Paradise community. Your participation is as vital as the artists, performers, facilitators, teachers and team behind the scenes. We aim to open minds, applaud acts of kindness and facilitate new friendships and beginnings.

OUR HOME

Lost Paradise recognises Australia’s First Nations people as the traditional custodians of the land on which we live and work; and the Darkinjung people on whose traditional lands we gather for Lost Paradise.

Lost Paradise is inspired and woven through its landscape – Glenworth Valley. Home to horses, flora, fauna and a gorgeous waterway that roams through the site to connect with the mighty Hawkesbury River; this is our Paradise. And now it’s yours.

YOUR COMMITMENT

Have fun. Take care of yourself, your friends, neighbours and anyone you feel may need a friend at that given moment. Being a good Paridisian is about being all of this, while also respecting (and protecting) the land upon which we gather. This means doing your utmost to leave no trace, no litter, and ensuring you take everything you bring home with you.

Lost Paradise is not the place to dispose of items no longer required – we respectfully ask that you do so correctly and off-site. Please, let’s keep paradise clean and green together.
