MASSAGE & BODY WORK

Hawaiian Massages:

The style of Hawaiian massages such as Lomi Lomi and Kahuna are both invigorating & relaxing as the practitioner works the body with flowing and rhythmic movements. The aim is to recreate the flow of energy in the body with a strong focus on the breath. It is normally performed using sarongs and lots of body oil!

Aromatherapy:

Aromatherapy massage is Swedish massage therapy using massage oil or lotion that contains essential oils (highly concentrated plant oils). During an aromatherapy massage, you inhale these essential oil molecules or absorb them through your skin.

Aroma touch:

Aroma Technique is a clinical approach to applying essential oils along the energy meridians and visceral contact points of the back and feet to help balance sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems of the body.

Shiatsu:

Shiatsu helps to aid migraines by relaxing the body and increasing blood flow and circulation throughout the body. Shiatsu is also a non-invasive therapy that helps reduce stress, tension and depression, leaving you relaxed and calm

The Matrix Reimprinting:

(MR) technique is an advanced form of EFT technique which helps enable the user to create positive new beliefs about themselves and their world in their minds and energy field. This imprinting technique can not only help you forget the emotions from difficult experiences, bad habits, and addictions; it also helps people to modify and change core beliefs making it extremely beneficial and important.

Zenthai Shiatsu:

Zenthai Shiatsu is a type of bodywork which combines the healing arts of Traditional Thai Massage, Zen Shiatsu and Western Osteopathic techniques. It is performed on a mat on the ground and is very pleasurable to receive, using a combination of deep acupressure, gentle rocking and stretches. People describe it as having yoga ‘done to you’ while you relax completely and receive the massage. The essence of Zen Thai Shiatsu is the gift of listening and connection. Underneath the therapeutic techniques is the invitation to simply remember who you are and and let go of your limiting beliefs.

Reflexology:

Reflexology, also known as zone therapy, is an alternative medicine involving application of pressure to the feet and hands with specific thumb, finger, and hand techniques.

Emotions, Spirit & Destiny Balance:

Life Journey work using Chinese medicine is a process that helps us better understand our authentic self in our life, being able to unlock our innate potential and just be. This balance is powerful for uncovering the underpinning problems that trigger stresses and events in life.

The Dao Constitutional Balance:

Utilizing your original constitution at birth to discover the way to reflect our core and spirit to be more in harmony with the flow of life. Applying the Extraordinary channels bringing together Chinese astrology, acupressure, the I Ching, numerology and Daoist philosophy. This balance is powerful for connecting to the positive aspects of your original constitution.

Sophie Dellagiacoma – Australian Traveller Magazine

  • “I had such a good time at Lost Paradise! It’s one of the coolest festivals I’ve been to. I loved playing the Lost Disco stage, the atmosphere was wicked, the decoration was class and the lit up signs the crowd brought with them, added to it too.

After my set I went on the dancefloor with a few of my mates and saw the new year in listening to Jackmaster & Jasper James, was a memorable new year!”

    – Patrick Topping

Dense, ambitious, and not afraid to throw in a few curve balls, Lost Paradise is much more than your average doof, but a playground for all, no matter what your age or musical alignment.”

No1 NYE 2017/8 Event in the World – Buzzfeed
  • As 2018 became 2019, I found myself feeling sorry for all my Sydney pals couped up in clubs and bad house parties. But also, not really. When you’ve got a festival like Lost Paradise waiting for you just down the road, why on earth would you spend your New Year’s anywhere else?”

    – Hhhappy – Bill Robinson
  • “A picturesque setting in Glenworth Valley forest, a flowing river that hugged the venue and camping grounds, and one of the most characterfully constructed settings of any festival this side of the Pacific, Lost Paradise curates its New Year celebrations in the same way it curates its lineup: with weird and wonderful indulgence.”
