With his modern twist including Elements of Krishna Das and the Dharma Yoga Kirtan band, you will be sure to come away from this feeling elated and deeply connected to your higher self. It is through the heart that we will explore the depths of our own practice of devotion. Bhakti Yoga traverses pranayama, mantra and chanting techniques to access the deepest layers of heart.

Josh Blau is passionate about the bridge between yoga and music. This course is designed with practical and theoretical elements to allow beginners and regular practitioners to learn. Bhakti is for students and teachers alike interested in exploring the deepest parts of themselves.

Biography:

With a diverse spectrum of knowledge, including a 200hr training in L.A with Black Dog Yoga and a 500hr training with Sri Dharma Mittra at Dharma Yoga Centre in New York City.  One of Josh’s talents can be found in teaching the most unlikely practitioner how to face and conquer fears through alignment, technique and getting upside down. With deep respect to the origins of Yoga, Josh brings pranayama, meditation and devotion into his classes.
