Continuing our tradition of sourcing world-class talent, we’ve hand-picked Sydney’s restaurant of the moment Hunter Gatherer, led by Michelin-trained head chef Paul ‘Mick’ Mickleright, using fresh, locally sourced and sustainable ingredients, inspired by British Chef Yotam Ottolenghi.
