Nestled in a spacious new home by the water, a thoughtfully curated schedule of enlivening activity awaits you, dawn til dusk in the Shambhala Fields.
If music is the heartbeat of Lost Paradise, the yoga, workshops and serenity of Shambhala is the soul.

This purpose built space is dedicated to reconnecting to self, others, exploring the healing arts, listening to wisdom, feeling the energy flow, hearing the sound of beautiful healing crystal bowls, didgeridoo and the call of your inner spirit to be at one with all amongst nature.

Shambhala is a Sanskrit term comprising swayam + bhala meaning self benefited or swayam + bala meaning self powered. Commonly it is understood to be a "place of peace & tranquility" Shambhala is believed to be a society where all the inhabitants are enlightened.

  • You’re part of a team, something bigger

    This year we welcome the inaugural Lost Games, a festival spread of daytime activities to throw you back to your childhood with fun team activities including old-school sports games (sack-race anyone!?), Croquet, giant Jenga, 5-a-side and cricket, led by Lost Paradise’s resident ringleaders you will be egg-and-spoon racing for quirky prizes, making lots of friends, all in the spirit of friendly competition.

    This year will be more interactive and immersive than ever before! Be dazzled by outdoor performances of incredible Installations, immersive performance, playful dance, spoken word, theatrical treats that will leave you mesmerised. More details to be revealed soon!

    Come enjoy the healing space within the Shambhala Fields with the many holistic practitioners from The Medicine Wheel. They will be offering a range of bodywork and metaphysical sessions such as massage, energy healing, shamanic bodywork, crystal healing, sound healing, lomi lomi, kahuna massage, deep tissue massage, reflexology, tarot readings, astrology and intuitive counselling.

    Families are encouraged and welcome at Lost Paradise. We have created a Kids Paradise to ensure your children are just as entertained at the festival.

    Kids Paradise is a dedicated, secure, fun, themed space for our tiniest tribe members to enjoy their Lost Paradise experience with workshops, play, dress-ups and more.

    If you are bringing young children, there is a specific family camping ticket, this will place you among other families, and close to children's entertainment and minding service. If you have specific questions about Kids Paradise or needs for your family, we are happy to answer them.

  • Night Nannies

    This is our 3rd year assisting at Lost Paradise with our fantastic qualified nannies. We love the concept of Lost Paradise and helping the families enjoy this fantastic event.

    We can provide 5 hour professional qualified and background checked nanny packages for $250 catering up to two children at a time with a personalised service;

    1-2 children for 5 hrs = $250 –additional hours at $40p/h
    3 children for 5 hrs = $275 –additional hours at $45p/h
    4 children for 4 hrs = $300 –additional hours at $50 p/h

    5 hours is our minimum time frame. Families can opt to use all the 5 hours or less but would be required for the minimum

    We do have age based ratios for infants. For example Children under 2 years would be 1: 3 ratio. Children older than 2 years we can cater for a 1:4 ratio.

    Bookings no later than 9th December 2016 to ensure availability. Last minute bookings may be able to be provided but the rate will increase.

  • The Annual Lost Paradise NYE Fancy Dress & Carnival Parade

    Pack the bizarre wigs, sparkly suits, sequined onesies as the last day of the year is an occasion to don full costume as together we embark on a glorious carnival procession, led through the gorgeous Lost Paradise site as the sun sets on 2016 and we prepare to welcome in 2017 with THE party to end all parties.

    What a sight to behold!

    In full tribe mode, adorned with elaborate fancy dress costumes, artistic body-paint, sequinned bejewelled sparkly bits and bobs and a big smile.
